Art with Ange

A portrait session taught by Ange Kong, Founder of KONGCORE & member of MaeSteal. Ange will showcase practical sketching techniques with charcoal, teaching at a beginner's level for all audiences. You will be able to learn the basics of using charcoal, as well as practical skills to develop an understanding of proportions and linework.

This class encourages drawing distinct facial features with personal components in each portrait and also encourages concept building on mistakes. “As an artist, I think it's important to practise realism, create a story, and add structure to my errors.”
