Q Disk Golf: A Day of Visibility, Activation, and Collaboration  by Ethnic Rainbow Alliance 

Join us for a community event in the park that celebrates the power of movement, outdoor activities, and togetherness. As part of our vision of Visibility, Activation, and Collaboration, we invite community members to participate in a fun-filled day of Disk Golf 

We understand that while open spaces and outdoor activities are vital to mental health, some members of our community find them challenging. With this event, we aim to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone, offering a supportive "umbrella" for those who wish to take part.

The event will feature:

• A small coffee truck available for 4 hours, serving up delicious drinks to keep you energized.
• Instructors and disks provided for those who want to try Disk Golf, with guidance from expert trainers.
• Support from the Disk Shop, who are helping us make this event a success with course guidance and professional trainers.

Whether you're new to Disk Golf or a seasoned player, come enjoy a day of fun, connection, and the great outdoors with us! It's a dog friendly park.
