Who is running it: This project is a partnership between Age Concern Auckland and Ageing Proud. Age Concern Auckland's Social Connections team delivers programmes across Auckland to help older people stay safe, well, and connected. Ageing Proud is a community-led research group working to understand how our Rainbow Elders (55+), Takatāpui, LGBTTQIA+, and MVPFAFF can live well. Together, we're working to build safe, Rainbow-affirming spaces where elders can connect, learn, and thrive as they age. This project is made possible with funding from Auckland Council's Thriving Communities fund.
