Skilled makeup artists will transform 9 lucky participants into stunning drag Kings and Queens with 50-minute makeover sessions in the Betty Wark Room. Using techniques like contouring, beard shadow concealing, and bold, dramatic makeup, they will create show-stopping looks that match your chosen outfits, wigs, and accessories.

Friends, whānau, and paparazzi are invited to wait in the Helen Clark Lounge, building the buzz as participants prepare for their big reveal. Once the transformations are complete, participants will strut down a red-carpet runway through the Lounge, making their grand entrance before stepping out into Freyberg Square, ready to dazzle.
