Bear Trek to Zoo

Join The Bears for an urban adventure as we set off from the Abstract Hotel and make our way down the vibrant Karangahape Road and bustling Ponsonby, eventually arriving at the Auckland Zoo.

This 5.5 km walk takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes, giving you plenty of time to soak in Auckland’s unique neighborhoods, local culture, and city vibes. Once we reach the zoo, you’re invited to join us for a group visit to explore its fantastic exhibits.

Wear comfortable shoes, bring some water, and enjoy the journey with good company. This is a free event, with optional entry to the zoo for those who want to continue the adventure!
