Art Walk Onehunga

Founded by local community creative spaces Wheke Fortress, LAKA and The Factory Theatre, Art Walk Onehunga are a regular series of hikoi that encourage people to connect with the Onehunga community.

People walk between the three creative spaces, see performances and exhibitions, kōrero with local artists, and can grab kai and art along the way.

The Art Walks allow you to take in a variety of creative spaces, with performances and exhibitions on offer for you to drop-in and enjoy as part of a single event. The kaupapa is to showcase the wide selection of creative talent and hidden gems happening in your backyard, while bringing artists, people, and local businesses closer together.
