We've moved our event registrations to Eventotron! You'll need to sign up for a free account, find Auckland Pride Festival under 'festivals', and either add your event that already exists in Eventotron, or 'create new event' to get started.
You can start an Eventotron registration with just an event name and email address! You'll need:
- An idea of the kind of space you'd like to perform in
- A short blurb to send to venues you're approaching
To complete the registration you will need to have the following things confirmed:
- An event and confirmed venue
- Your event/performance date(s), times and ticket price
- The chosen contact name and contact details for all Auckland Pride correspondence
- An image for your event
- Artwork for web listing
- Artwork for print programme (if registered before the 30 November cut off)
- A description of your event for web and printed programme listings
- Payment for your event registration
The highly collectible, tabloid size, official Auckland Pride Print Programme will be printed and distributed in January and will be in the hands of LGBTIQ+ Rainbow communities throughout Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.
We're aiming to print 10,000 copies – with city-wide distribution through Auckland Council Proud Centres, cafés, retail spaces, theatres and of course distribution at major Auckland Pride Festival events.
Event Listing
Every event that meets the 30th November deadline will be featured in our Print Programme, which is included in the cost of registration. Have a peek at last years Print Programme for reference here.
