Auckland Pride Team

At Auckland Pride, we're a passionate team dedicated to empowering, celebrating and serving our Takatāpui & Rainbow communities in Tāmaki Makaurau. Our Executive Director, Hāmiora Bailey (Ngāti Porou Ki Harataunga, Ngāti Huarere), leads the charge in bringing the annual Auckland Pride Festival to life, guiding us with vision, strategy, and heart.

Victoria Walsh, our Operations Manager, keeps our daily activities running smoothly, ensuring we have the systems and support needed to sustain our mission. Starting July 1st, 2024, Blaise Clotworthy will join us as Partnership Manager, helping us build strong connections within our community and beyond.

We're also excited to welcome a new Executive Producer to our team soon, adding even more creativity and energy to our efforts. Together, we're committed to making Auckland Pride a welcoming, inclusive, and transformational home for queer arts and culture. Join us in creating an equitable Aotearoa where Takatāpui and Rainbow communities are liberated, thriving, and connected.
